Live status of every system on the car, and the milestones along the way.

The numbers and milestones below are example data while the site is set up — real progress from the garage replaces them soon.

System by system

• Engine 45%

  Stripped and inspected; block at the machine shop.

• Brakes 70%

  Front overhaul done; rears next.

• Electrical 30%

  Earth points rebuilt; wiring loom assessment underway.

• Body 25%

  Rear wing rust cut out and patched.

• Interior 20%

  Dash out for veneer work.

• Suspension 10%

  Front rebuild on the bench now.

• Modifications 15%

  EFI conversion planned and parts list drafted.

Milestones

1. Mar 2026

   Project starts

   The TR6 arrives home and the strip-down plan is drawn up.

2. Jun 2026

   Engine out

   The straight-six is lifted out and stripped for inspection.

3. Aug 2026

   Front brakes finished

   First system fully done — new discs, calipers and braided lines.

4. Dec 2026 · planned

   Engine rebuilt

   Target: machined block back, rebuilt and run on the stand.

5. Jun 2027 · planned

   Back on the road

   Target: first proper drive after the rebuild.
